Audi Road Frustration Index

Conceived for Fiat's EcoDrive 2 app. We used the car's limited telemetry to study the road, not the vehicle. We discovered some roads age cars faster than others. Every journey fed a live nationwide map of poor surfaces, traffic blackspots and roadwork hotspots. Our wear-and-tear equation gave each car a "travel age." The older the age, the more damage being done. We then suggested less unhealthy routes. Fiat dragged its feet, so we sold it to Audi US. From 2013, it ran across the US, feeding the Federal Highway Administration road to improve road quality. My Role: Ideation, telemetry car research, and copy
